This notice explains what SkillTech Connect does with the details you give us through the enquiry form on this website. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, country, what you are interested in, the size of team you have in mind, and your message. Some forms also ask for a phone number, which is optional.
We also keep a few details that come with the enquiry: the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example a utm_source), and a scrambled, one-way version of your internet address, used only to spot and limit spam. We do not keep your plain internet address with the enquiry.

Why we use it
To reply to you and to talk about whether we can help. That is all. Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to send us, and taking steps at your request before a contract. [review: confirm the lawful basis.]

Who sees it
The people at SkillTech Connect who answer enquiries. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them on for marketing.
Two services help us run the form. We use [review: email provider, for example Azure Communication Services] to send the notification to us and a short confirmation to you, and the site and its records are hosted by [review: hosting provider and region]. They handle your details only to do that job.
Where it is handled

How long we keep it

Your rights
Under UK GDPR (and the EU GDPR, if it applies to you) you can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, restrict how we use them, or object to us using them, and you can ask for a copy you can move elsewhere. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to the data protection authority where you live.
